Etix
Along with the ability to purchase tickets at the DeltaPlex Box Office, you may also purchase them through Etix. You may call Etix at 800-514-3849 or you may also purchase tickets online at Etix.com.
Cameras and videos are not allowed except for DeltaPlex Racing events. Visitors are subject to a search at the front gates and persons with prohibited items will be asked to return such items to their car. There is not a place to check items in. If items are left somewhere at the venue, the venue takes no responsibility for such items and most likely the items will be discarded in the trash. Patrons who refuse to be searched will not be admitted to the venue. Prohibited items may include but not be limited to the following:
*Food
*Drinks
*Long key chains
*Weapons or anything that can be used as a weapon
*Coolers
*Cameras or Videos (except for Arena Racing events)
*Laser pens
*Caribeaners
Box Office Hours
On non-event days, the DeltaPlex Box Office is open M-F 10am-5pm. On event days, hours may be extended or varied. Please call the Box Office at 616-364-9000. Event on-sale dates the box office will be open for two hours.
Method of Payment
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card are all accepted.
Refunds
The DeltaPlex Arena and Etix DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges. Dates and times are subject to change. Etix Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and are valid only for the event and seat for which they are printed. Group Discounts: Please e-mail the box office for more information on group discounts and event availability.
Box Office Terms
General Admission: Ticketed patrons are welcome to wander anywhere within the building areas open to the public. Also known commonly as first-come, first-serve situation.
Separated General Admission: Patrons must buy tickets specifically for Floor Access (GA FLR) or Arena Access (GA Arena) and must remain in those specific areas during the show. However, they can wander within those areas. Note: Floor Access will usually be standing room only in this situation.
Reserved: Patrons purchase tickets for a specific assigned seat.
CR: Usually associated with Reserved shows, the first few rows directly in front of the stage; these rows do not have any center-aisle breaks in them.

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
