COVID-19 EVENT INFORMATION

The DeltaPlex follows current news and guidelines of the CDC, local agencies and others to provide a safe environment for guests, participants and employees.  For the most up to date news, please visit the CDC , MDHHS or Kent County Health Department Facebook page HERE

Recommendations for those attending events or visiting public places:

  • Wash your hands thoroughly and often
  • Use hand sanitizer that includes 60% or higher alcohol content
  • Avoid touching your face as much as possible

Outside of local and federal agency requirements, some event organizers may decide to require additional protocols for entry or attendance of event.  If that is the case, this information will be provided in the events information page on our calendar.  If no information or requirements are listed, the event does not have any requirements at that time.  That is subject to change.  Be sure to check local agency requirements and event details page prior to coming to the event.

CANCELLED EVENTS DUE TO COVID-19
If you purchased tickets purchased to an event that was cancelled due to COVID-19 and would like help in locating your refund.  See guidance regarding point of purchase refunds:

  • DeltaPlex Box Office:
    • Purchase by credit card: Refunds were automatically refunded at the time of announced cancellation
    • Purchase by cash:  Email events@deltaplex.com.  Please include name on order, order # & event
  • DeltaPlex website/Etix.com
    • Purchase by credit card: Refunds were automatically refunded at the time of announced cancellation
  • Intersection Box Office:
    • E-mail events@deltaplex.com.  Please include name on order, order #, event & method of payment
  • Purchased through any other ticket broker:  The DeltaPlex, Intersection and Etix.com are the only authorized ticket merchant for events at the DeltaPlex.  You will need to contact whomever you purchased your tickets from
