Will Call
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Will Call desk or window on the day of the event.  The purchase confirmation will indicate what time will-call will be open to pick-up tickets for the show. Ticket purchasers must present a picture ID, the confirmation number, and the actual credit card used to place the order when picking up tickets.  If you need to change the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets, please contact the box office by calling (616) 364-9000 or emailing boxoffice@deltaplex.com

Print at Home
This delivery method allows you to print your tickets off from home at your convenience or to display them on your phone at entry.  If you don’t see a confirmation email, it may have bounced into your spam folder, depending on your e-mail filter settings.  Please only select this delivery method if you have the ability to print the tickets or have a compatible phone for viewing.  If the DeltaPlex has to print your tickets due to the inability complete independently, service fees will apply. The DeltaPlex Arena is unable to guarantee the validity of tickets purchased unless they are purchased through our box office, affiliates or through Etix, the exclusive ticket provider of the DeltaPlex Arena & Conference Center.

REFUNDS

All tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.  Dates and times are subject to change without notice please verify event information prior to arrival.
Etix tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are valid only for the event and seat for which they are printed.
