Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Will Call desk or window on the day of the event ONLY.  The purchase confirmation will indicate what day & time your tickets will be available to pick-up tickets the day of the show.  Ticket purchasers must present state issued photo ID when picking up tickets.  If you need to change the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets, please contact the box office by calling (616) 364-9000 or emailing boxoffice@deltaplex.com

We are unable to “hold” tickets.  Our ticketing system is set up to allow advance purchase of tickets at our box office. You may purchase tickets online or by phone with an additional surcharge.

General Admission (GA) refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved. These areas are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you carefully read the event information and ticket information screens when purchasing tickets. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available. The DeltaPlex cannot guarantee seating for any General Admission event.

GA may be for free flow for an event like a convention or expo.  Other events may designate general admission within a section or area ie GA Floor, GA Grandstands, or Section 101 GA. GA Floor typically is the open floor space in front of the stage where seats are not available.

Most of our shows are all ages, unless stated otherwise. This means all age groups are welcome to attend the show.

Most expos (or non-concert shows) have a set end time, please check the specific event on our events page HERE. For musical performances, the end of a set is at the discretion of the performing act (although we contract them for a minimum set length – anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the act). This is a question we usually cannot answer.

No. All Etix ticket sales, refunds and exchanges are only available where an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

The DeltaPlex does not operate a guest list.  If you have tickets being held in will-call, be sure you know the name of the person who has reserved or arranged the tickets for you and confirm where to pick up your tickets 24 hours before the show.  For most events, will-call is available 2-3 hours prior to the event doors opening.  Valid ID is required to pick up any will-call tickets. We are not responsible for mistakes made by band members, radio stations or other promotional groups, although we will follow up on will-call questions to the best of our ability.

Please see our prohibited items page HERE

You do not. Do not purchase print at home tickets from someone you do not know. ALL tickets are scanned at the door and a photocopied ticket will not gain you admittance to the venue. Buyer Beware! Each barcode will only scan once – once it’s been scanned by our Ushers, it won’t work again, so be careful!  We do not recommend purchasing tickets from anyone except the venue, promoter, or Etix Ticketing.  We are not responsible for any problems you may have with tickets purchased not directly from us or our ticketing system (Etix).

Print from work, your friend’s printer, or at the local library. You may also present tickets via your smart phone upon arrival. Make sure your barcode is visible and your phone brightness is turned all the way up for our scanners. We recommend screenshotting your tickets on your phone in case of connection issues upon entrance. Contact Etix at (800) 514-3849 or the box office at (616)364-9000 with questions.  If you need to change your delivery method to will-call, service fees apply and your tickets will be available day of show when the will-call window opens, typically 2-3 hours prior to event doors.

General Admission (GA) events are first come, first serve.  Some concerts will designate General Admission areas such as GA Floor and GA Arena.  GA Floor tickets typically is standing room only on the floor and GA Arena is first come, first serve, to the grandstand seating.  To accommodate all of those with accessible seating needs please limit companions to 1-2 person only.  Arrive early and additional guests may be able to sit nearby.

Readmission is NOT allowed at most events.  Plan in advance: leave your coat in the car, bring everything into the event you may need, bring your coat if you anticipate being chilly, don’t forget your wallet, ID, phone, or extra cash, bring everything for your children and wear comfortable shoes! If there is a medical emergency and you must leave the arena, please see a member of the staff or security to let them know of the issue. Discretion will ultimately be up to security and staff for allowance of readmission.

No video-recording, professional photography, or detachable lenses.  Point and shoot cameras are generally okay.

If you look under 30 years of age a valid photo ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages but ultimately it is up to the discretion of the bartender.  If it is questionable, we will not serve you.  In general, if you want to be able to consume alcohol plan on bringing valid photo ID.

No food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the facility.  Please leave these items in your car or at home.  The DeltaPlex has drinking fountains and very competitively priced concessions for all of your beverage and food needs.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.  If the event is cancelled, it will be announced on the DeltaPlex website and social media.  Refunds would then be able via point of purchase and only refunded with a photo ID and the returned tickets.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you will get a ticket. We suggest you purchase tickets as soon as they go on sale.

Our sellable capacity varies by event.

We have grandstands on both sides of the arena. Events in West River & Hillside Halls may have limited seating depending on the event.

During certain events we offer a coat check. Please check with the ushers at the door.
