PROHIBITED ITEMS
Security checks are event specific. Walk through metal detectors, hand held wand detectors, bag checks and pat downs (if requested by the event) may take place at the entrances of the facility prior to most shows. Similar to procedures used at the airport, all guests will walk through a security screening area prior to gaining access to most shows at the DeltaPlex. The DeltaPlex recommends that patrons should plan to arrive earlier than normal to allow for this enhanced security process. Prohibited items vary by event and includes but not limited to the following:
- Anything that may be deemed as a weapon or dangerous to the public: guns, knives, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, pepper spray, etc
- Outside food or beverages
- Large signs, banners, poster
- Unauthorized pamphlets
- Tripods/monopods
- Laser pointers
- Outside alcohol
- Illegal drugs
- Noisemakers
- Flashlights
- Fireworks
- Beach balls
- Helium balloons
- Cameras & Recording devices** See notes below
- Large bags (restricted to no larger than 12″ x 12″)
- Hula hoops
- Tablets
- Drones without permission from the facility

CAMERAS, CELL PHONES & RECORDING DEVICES
Cell phones & point and shoot cameras are allowed. No professional photography with detachable lenses. No recording at any time (including on cell phones or tablets). You will be given one warning and then asked to leave the property with no refund provided. Other event specific restrictions may apply. Please do not use tablets as a camera or recording device.
